ReplyDeleteI'm wondering how strawberries can ripen in the cold of winter there, while here they need the heat of summer to ripen? Is our summer the same temperature as your winter?
ReplyDeleteI'm getting depressed just thinking about it :)
(I love the colours you've chosen for this lovely piece).
LOL Kate, not quite the same as your summer, though in Queensland (closer to the equator) the temps are lovely and warm at this time of year for growing strawberries. I live further south in NSW and we typically have strong winds in Aug that pull the temps down. Brrr!
DeleteAnd I am glad you have a new dishwasher and are getting some rest, take good care Patti, xoO
