Thank you for you words of support, it has been tough for me lately and absolutely everything is appreciated.

It is clear that I need meditation & yoga in my life once more - the best psychotherapy to be found, and it's free! I have been trying to get back there for some time now, but for some reason it has been difficult. Yoga is such a godsend and it seems we're inseparable. So I meditate now sometimes three times a day and I can feel the healing happening, slowly...

  1. You are brilliant, Patti, turing to the tools that your soul craves and needs. I am new to meditation - I began using it about three months ago. I have to say that I am blown away by the amount of healing that has happened in my world since I began consciously sending more love out into the world, and taking that time to be completely present and mindful.
    That and my art play have definitely been the most effective and far-reaching psychotherapy for me too ! Here's to learning the tools and picking them up and using them !
