Spring at the Villa
These are the flowers showing themselves off in my sunny garden today. This red one is a grevillea - native to Australia.
Not sure what this pretty yellow one is - another native Australian plant....
A pink diosma, very pretty at this time of year. The feathery leaves smell beautiful when crushed...
Jasmine hanging over our back fence, filling the air with a heady perfume.... Max cut it back, but it is a very determined plant!
And brightening the shadows, a snowball plant...

ReplyDeleteWhat beauty! I had never heard of any of the plants besides jasmine, but never seen that. I do love the smell of jasmine. The flowers are indeed putting on a show for you, and now for us! Love to you in springtime, xoO

ReplyDeleteWow - not only a delight to the eyes but I imagine the smell is heaven! I love the jasmine! I don't know how you'll be able to drag yourself away from that place!! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteHow beautifully exotic your spring time flowers seem to me way over here in North America. Full of heat and Australian sunshine. Enjoy the treasures, Beautiful Patti !
